Swensen's third book, Given was published by David Highsmith's e.g. Press (San Francisco) in 1986 in an edition of 500 copies. Xerographed with an oblong 17x21.5cm trim, perfectbound in coated wraps with green in wash repeated on the interstitial page following the title page.
