Two works published together by Vehicle Editions (New York) in 1980 ("Subject to a Film" had previously appeared in The World). Undersized 6.5 x 5.25 inches. IBM Bold Face #2 (PB 1/36 unit escapement) photostat to 20lb blue Strathmore Writing paper. Perfect bound. Paper covers and frontispiece with photo collage designed by Annabel Levitt, incorporating images from Gustave Doré (from The Rime of the Ancient Mariner series) and Life magazine (18 March, 1969). Edition of 500.
