Along with Schematic Development of Tradition and Novel, The Dilemma of Being High and Dry was one of three "Deduction of the Innocents" chapbooks translated by Rosmarie Waldrop and published by Tom Ahern's imprint Diana's BiMonthly (Providence), as Vol. V, No. 3 in 1977. Three-color letterpress printed and saddle-stapled in textured card-stock wraps and a 13.75 x 21.5 cm trim.
