Like MY MUMMY'S DEAD, I AM ROSE, based on the poem by Gertrude Stein, was designed and privately printed in an edition of 100 copies by Aram Saroyan in Pacific Palisades in 1971. Both of these small-format pamphlets had been preceded by THE BEATLES in 1970.
