Originally published in the journal Film Culture #33 (Summer, 1964), edited by Jonas Mekas, LENS was subsequently re-published under the Film Culture imprint as a single, stand alone volume. The text was not re-set, but the book version is bound in blue paper covers with the title printed sans serif in red. Printed by Harry Gantt. 8.5 x 10.5 inches.
