Paul Forte

Published by NFS Press (San Francisco) in conjunction with the Union Gallery (San Jose State University) in 1979, Paul Forte's three artists books were originally issued as a boxed set. Each trimmed to 8.5 inches square, comb-bound, in editions of 50. The Index to TITLE was revised by the author in 1985, an image of which can be seen here.
