Published in 1984 in an edition of 350 copies by O Press and The Segue Foundation (New York), this collection brings together reproductions from Ward's first, self-published book, On Duke Ellington's Birthday (1977) along with Trop-I Dom, The Light American (Washington, D. C.: Jawbone, 1979), and Theory of Emotion. Photostatic reproductions on medium-weight 8.5 x 11 inch office stock. Bound in the upper-left corner with a single 1cm butterfly split-pin brass fastener. Side-stapled (this copy with the addition of library binding tape) with a cover by Tad Wanveer, trimmed to 28cm.
