Originally appearing as issue 8 of Matchbox magazine in May, 2007, the revised second-edition presented here was published in June, 2011 in an edition of 50 copies by Derek Beaulieu's No Press (Calgary). Individual cards, meant to be shuffled at random, housed in a folding cardstock envelope.
